Just seems to be the BBC homepage. The rest of the site seems to be working just fine: http://news.bbc.co.uk/ for example is working - watching the BBC News Channel right now.

The site has been updated to say they are having issues:

DFEOJM says the site is up if it is physically contactable -- in this case the site is contactable, and it responds with "this site is down" (but as HTTP/200 because the page still has some content rather than being an server error)

That links says it's down!

(and it's down for me, here in Yorkshire)
