Simple rule: Trust is not something you should give to any LLM.

Maybe it's just me but individuals seem to be picking this up faster than some business leaders who apparently have no first hand experience with them.

In my experience it does help if you tell it you want the truth rather than being placated. I have that and some more in my instructions to it.

But I really shouldn't have to do that.
