I think about mobile games that have a structured set of challenges instead of a story in the conventional sense, say Azur Lane. I have mixed feelings about that kind of game, as it can be addictive (I deleted my account when I got to Lv 60 or so) but I have thought new-style social apps could use the same strategy.
Thing is when Twitter was new (I signed up in the first three months) I liked it better than Facebook because it felt unstructured and thought, as an adult, I could decide what I want to do. These days the people involved don’t act like adults!
