Yeah, I can't imagine Facebook building exactly what the commenter described, but it'd be interesting for a company like TaskRabbit to integrate their product with the Facebook Ads API, such that if you posted a task, you could pay a few bucks to run local, targeted ads to folks in order to make sure that your task reached the right people.
