I hope the dev sees this, it really should be addressed. Hopefully, the wikipedia api has considered this.

Hi there. I have had some somewhat nsfw content pop up but nothing quite that extreme. If there isn't a clearcut way to solve this via the api, I'll talk to Wikimedia about this, as I actually have a chat with them soon! Thanks for letting me know.
