Let me ask a dumb question: is this stuff more or less toxic than breathing sawdust or working on a car?

I wouldn't do any of this stuff inside the living areas of my house, but I do lots of stuff that is probably at least as toxic as this in my garage.

My go-to example is using gasoline to clean my hands of grease after working on the car. This was a bog-standard thing when I was growing up.
