A doctor equivalent of fizzbuzz could be “what do you prescribe for a viral infection with no indication of a secondary infection” and from what I’ve heard there are a lot of doctors failing that one during the COVID pandemic by prescribing antibiotics.

They are highly effective at making patients stop begging for antibiotics they don't need. Patient satisfaction with their doctor has nothing to do with medical outcomes.

> prescribing antibiotics.

I'd hire that one over anyone pushing horse de-wormer, anti-malarial drugs, or homeopathic remedies.

Well, it's less dangerous than the first two, generally, but roughly equivalent to the third, for covid.
