I understand where you're coming from, and yes, most people would probably do that, but personally, if I found a article by a potential candidate expressing their frustration with not being able to adequately convey their skillets and abilities, I'd make an extra effort to reach out and evaluate them more carefully so that I don't miss what they have to offer.
