Like leather pants in neon shades, sequins in inappropriate contexts (like sequin shirt + blazer in the office), or bright blue lipstick. You have "daring" stilettos and "daring eyeshadows" and, well, yes, daring necklines. It depends on the context.

I can't know what OP actually meant, and, yeah Nasty Gal has some revealing clothes, but I interpreted to mean something like "a gigantic necklace" or "a romper with a bold pattern" or something.
